AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING River Valley High School has an After School Tutoring Class (during the normal school year) Monday through Thursday from
3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is held in the Library. Transportation is not provided.

The WASC Accreditation Team visited RVHS Sunday, Nov 15, 2009 through Wednesday, Nov 18, 2009 for our first full evaluation. View more information about this process, including feedback from the team leaders.

River Valley Students are in the process of selecting their courses for the 2012/ 2013 school year. Counselors will be going into classrooms and assisting students with the course selection process. Students are instructed to take their course selection sheets home and review it with a parent/guardian. Each Student will need to return their course selection sheet at the end of their appointed week when the counselor re-visits their classroom.
11th grade students:
the week of Jan. 23rd – 27th
10th grade students:
the week of Jan. 30th – Feb. 3rd
9th grade students:
the week of Feb. 6th – 10th
River Valley High School Counselors will meet with current 8th Grade Parents on Parent Night (See schedule below) to discuss an overview of High School life and activities, their student’s program and to finalize their course selections. At these meetings students and parents will review high school requirements, the student’s performance on achievement tests, grades and their student’s preliminary high school course selections. These meetings are scheduled for the following dates at River Valley High School in the Library at 6:00 P.M.
